WORK EXPERIENCE
L&T Health

Program Manager, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Fitness
Center, October 2001 - present. Oversee day to day operations of
on-property government fitness facility with over 500 members.
Develop marketing materials to promote the fitness center to other
federal workers in surrounding buildings to increase membership.

about fitness and informed about health issues. Served as liaison
between L&T and Board of Directors for site. Responsible for
hiring new fitness staff
Site Supervisor,
Department of Education Fitness Facility, May 2001 - October 2001.
Oversaw day to day operations of on-property corporate fitness
facility with over 1200 members. Ensured all membership records,
accounts, and statistics are up-to-date and in order. Evaluated
and supervised other staff persons. Served as liaison between
L&T and Board of Directors for site. Maintained group exercise
schedules and employee schedules. Submitted weekly reports on
group exercise, personal training and other wellness services.

Assisted in all day to day operations of the facility. Coordinated
special events, recreational activities, and company functions.
Developed and administered incentive programs to increase
membership and support participation. Exercise supervision,
